Thousands of farmers drawn from Paikamal, Rajabodasambar, Jharbandh, Gaisilet, Sohela and Bijepur raised a banner of protests under Padampur Upakahanda Rajabodasambar Krushak Sangathan, a farmer’s forum.
On Tuesday morning, the Bargarh unit of the Congress party staged a demonstration in front of the SP office demanding the immediate arrest of the miscreants.
