Bhubaneswar: At least five students were killrd in two separate accidents early morning of Wednesday here and in Kendrapara district, police said.
 
Three students of a private engineering college were killed when their motorbike collided with a stationary truck near Shyamsundar junction on the Paradip-Daitary expressway in dense fog in Kendrapara district.
 
The three were identified as Debashis Jena (22), Divya Ranjan Thatoi (23) and Kumar Ankur (22).
 
In a separate incident, bodies of two hotel management students were recovered from the railway lines near Mancheswar here. Police suspected it as a case of sucide or they might be run over by the speeding train.
 
College authorities, however, said that they reported police about the missing of two students, Abinaba Panda of Jamsedpur and Koustav Dasgupta of West Bengal, the day before the incident when they were found absent in the hostel.
