Bhubaneswar: A month after holding discussion with Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, four top leaders of State Congress including Lalatendu Bidyadhar Mohapatra, Bhakta Das, Srikant Jena and Jaydev Jena have been summoned to New Delhi once again by the Congress second-in-command for a deliberation.

Rahul will reportedly hold talks with the four leaders at 11 am in New Delhi on Saturday regarding party’s organizational matter. The four leaders had met the Congress scion on March 25 and held discussion on organizational affairs while the young Nabrangpur MP Pradeep Majhi had been called to meet the party vice-president on March 26.

Party insiders say, the four leaders had been asked to prepare a blue print for restructuring the State leadership while Majhi was offered to work in Centre. However, Majhi had expressed his interest to work in Odisha, especially his own constituency.

On the other hand, a team of Congress representatives led by OPCC president Niranjan Patnaik on Friday met Union Finance Minister P Chidambaram over the special category state status issue.
