Sambalpur: Ten passengers of a Rourkela bound bus were dead and about 20 passengers injured, some of them critically, when a speeding truck today morning ran into it near Gosala Babubandh on the road to Bargarh. While six persons died on the spot, four others died in the Burla hospita. All the injured passengers have been admitted to the Burla while the condition of 15 was stated to be critical.

The mishap took place when a speeding truck hit the private bus named Sushree from behind. The driver of the bus lost control over the steering and it went into the field, The entire hind portion of the bus was badly mauled. All the ten accident victims have been identified.
