WARNING: Thunderstorm, lighting alert issued for 6 Odisha districts

Bhubaneswar: The met department has issued thunderstorm and lightning alert for six districts of the State today.

In its latest release, the Regional Meteorological Centre said , “Moderate thunderstorm with lightning and light to moderate rainfall are likely to occur at some places over districts of Angul, Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Balasore and Bhadrak between 9.15 am to 12:15 PM.”

Residents in these districts have been cautioned to stay alert during the thunderstorm activity.
