Umerkote MLA Subhas Gond's car meets with accident

Nabarangpur: Umerkote MLA Subhas Gond's car met with an accident near Lalpara village here on Sunday. While the car driver escaped unhurt in the mishap, Gond was reportedly not present in the car when the accident occurred.

The driver, with the car, was returning to Umerkote from Raigarh when it hit a motorcyclist near Lalpara and skidded off the road. The injured motorcyclist was admitted to Umerkote hospital in a critical condition, says reports.

The driver is reportedly absconding following the incident.
