Two Lady Teachers Killed In Road Mishap In Odisha

Puri: Palpable tension prevailed in Pipili area after two lady teachers of Pitabash UG ME School were killed in a road mishap on Saturday. The deceased have been identified as Snehalata Sahu and Subhalaxmi Parida.

The incident occurred at around 7AM today when both Snehalata and Subhalaxmi were on their way to the school in a two-wheeler and their vehicle collided head-on with an auto-rickshaw.

Following the mishap, the injured teachers were rescued by locals and admitted to Pipili hospital in a critical condition. The duo was later shifted to Capital hospital in Bhubaneswar after their condition deteriorated. However, both of them were declared brought dead by doctors in Bhubaneswar.
