CBI grills Preeti Bhatia’s sister, brother-in-law

Bhubaneswar: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today interrogated Indu Diwan and Bikram Diwan, the sister and brother-in-law of Mumbai-based model Preeti Bhatia, who was earlier arrested by the CBI in connection with Artha Tatwa Group, accused of duping investors in the multi-crore chit fund scam.

According to reports, Indu Diwan was the director of the production house, which was owned by her sister Preeti Bhatia.

CBI, which is probing into the multi-crore chit fund scam, had mentioned in its charge sheet that Rs 1, 17, 83,000 was diverted to Preeti’s accounts from Artha Tatwa (AT) Group.
