Bhubaneswar:  Congress supporters in thousands from across the state gathered at the Lower PMG square here on Thursday to strengthen the ‘Naveen oust’ rally called by the Opposition Congress against the ruling BJD government. The crowd was addressed by several Congress stalwarts including state in-charge Jagdish Tytler, Niranjan Patnaik , Jagannath Patnaik, Bhakta Das, Chandrasekhar Sahu, Giridhar Gamang and KC Lenka who attended the meeting before moving towards the state assembly.

The leaders took a dig at the ruling BJD government saying it as the most corrupt government in the history of Odisha. The party men also took up the issue of coal block allocation and fertiliser scarcity in the state for which they held responsible the chief minister for all the irregularities.
