Bhubaneswar: After reeling under intense heat wave conditions for the past couple of days, the people of Odisha are expected to get much needed relief as India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted rain, thunderstorm in the next few days.
As per the latest weather bulletin, the heat wave conditions will prevail in Odisha for the next 24 hours. Orange warning has been issued for 16 districts- Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Cuttack, Nayagarh, Boudh, Sonepur, Bolangir, Nuapada, Kandhamal, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Deogarh, Sambalpur, Angul and Dhenkanal.
From tomorrow (April 2), maximum temperature (day temperature) is very likely to fall by 3-4 degree Celsius across the State. Besides, several districts will experience light to moderate rain or thundershower for the next four days.
