Bhubaneswar: Heavy rainfall across Odisha, which has been caused by a well-marked low pressure over the Bay of Bengal, is likely to continue for the next 24 hours with the regional Meteorological department issuing warnings for different districts of the State.

Bhubaneswar Met Centre Director HR Biswas informed that rainfall activity is likely to continue at least for another 24 hours and Red warning has been issued for five districts namely Dhenkanal, Keonjhar, Cuttack, Khurda and Puri. Heavy to very heavy rainfall is likely to occur in these districts, he added.
