OTV's OB van attacked in Jeypore; case registered

Jeypore: An outdoor broadcasting (OB) van of OTV, the leading news channel in Odisha, was attacked in Jeypore of Koraput district this evening.

As per reports, a miscreant attacked OTV's OB van near Bagara Chhak under Koraput Sadar Police limits while the vehicle was on its way to Jeypore from Phulbani after covering news. The attacker also misbehaved with the van driver and engineer and thrashed them. The vehicle was also damaged by the miscreant.

A police complaint in connection with the incident was lodged at the Sadar Police station following which a case has been registered.
