Bhubaneswar: Showcasing the growth of trade and industry in the State, the third national exhibition-cum-seminar organised by Utkal Chamber of Commerce and Industries (UCCI) is all set to start here on March 1.

"Focused on India's economic growth potential combined with future contributions from Odisha in realising the potential, the five-day UCCI Expo will go a long way to address untapped possibilities in the state," UCCI president Ramesh Mohapatra told reporters here today.

The primary objective of UCCI for organising this mega event was to provide an effective platform to member companies and other corporate entities, banks, financial institutions and PSUs to showcase their products, services, technologies and schemes, he said.

Policy-makers, industrial producers and consumers, large trading houses, multinational corporations, investors, commercial banks and other service providers would participate in the event, Mohapatra said.

Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan is slated to inaugurate the Expo on March 1.
