Maharathy takes credit for online sale of fish, poultry items

Bhubaneswar: Agriculture minister Pradeep Maharathy on Wednesday informed the State Assembly about the good work that his department has done for easy availability of fresh fish and poultry.

In a reply to Athagarh MLA Ranendra Pratap Swain, Maharathy said his department started selling fresh fish, egg and chicken through special outlets.

Besides, online sell of fish and poultry items at a price lower than market rates is another success of his department, the minister added.
