Bhubaneswar: The Congress party has decided to hold the ‘Yuva Garjan Samabesh’ here apparently on February 15 instead of next Tuesday. Though an official communication from the party in this regard is yet to be made, sources said it will be announced soon.

The age-old party, to expose failure of the State government on all fronts had decided to congregate in the State capital on January 2. But, highly placed sources said, All India Congress Committee (AICC) reportedly didn’t agree with the State unit’s plan for such a huge crowd-gathering move on the particular day, which coincides with 10-year completion of National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (NREGA), launched by party president Sonia Gandhi.
