Bhubaneswar: Nothing is impossible if you continuously work towards your goal, said Amita Panda who recently bagged the Mrs Universe 2019 title in China. A software engineer by profession, Amita was accorded a grand reception when she arrived at Bhubaneswar airport on Thursday.
It is not for the first time that Amita has proved her mettle in any beauty pageant. Earlier, she had bagged the titles of Mrs. India Galaxy 2018 and Mrs. Social Icon 2018.
“It was tough but I was preparing myself for the title for the last one year. I used to start my day on a positive note; my husband and family's support also worked for me,” said Amita.
Recalling her stay in China, Amita said that it was challenging but at the same time she got love and affection from people as well as 90 other contestants. Amita, who is also into social work, said that the Mrs Universe title will certainly help her excel and devote more time in serving people.
“I want to be a role model for my daughter and other girls who should dream big in their life,” added Amita.
