Bhubaneswar: With the satellite images showing scattered cloud cover of very intense convection over Odisha, Monsoon rains have resumed in some parts of Odisha, since last 24 hours.

As per IMD and Skymet analyses, Monsoon has become active in Odisha following the formation of a fresh Cyclonic Circulation over the Northwest Bay of Bengal. The forecast is this system will remain intact and develop into a Low Pressure Area in the next 24 hours. For which, fairly widespread rain and thundershower activities will lash Odisha during the coming days, the weather inferences observed.
