Odisha Plus III Admission Date Extended; Know More Details

Bhubaneswar: The State Higher Education department today extended the admission date for students in Plus III streams in various colleges across the State till July 25.

Mihir Das, Admission In charge, Higher Education Department today issued notices to Principals of all Degree/Autonomous/Self Financing/Sanskrit Degree Colleges informing that, ‘date for online deposit of admission fees as well as admission in Degree colleges is extended up to July 25 by 5 PM.’

Aspirants selected in the first merit list but have failed to take admission can do the same by accessing the website of the department. They can get more information about the institutions and the cut-off marks as well before taking admission.

The department had earlier fixed July 23 as the deadline for admission and deposit of online fees for students selected in the first cut off list.

According to sources, applicants who get selected against their lower option and do not want to slide up to higher options in the subsequent selection have to mandatorily fill up Annexure 7.

It may be noted that the second merit list will be out on August 5. The merit list for spot selection will be published on August 14 and the classes for first year students will commence from August 24.
