Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has decided to establish teacher clusters in Swabhiman Anchal, the cut-off area in Maoist hotbed of Malkangiri district in a bid to ensure steady imparting of education to students with better facilities for teachers.

State School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash on Sunday informed about the move saying that the government has decided to approve a budgetary allocation of Rs 8 crore for the proposed teacher clusters. The government will set up similar teacher clusters in other remote areas of the state in subsequent phases, he said.
