Bhubaneswar: In an effort to strengthen the party ahead of municipal elections next year and general elections in 2014, the ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD) on Friday issued notification for party organisational poll. BJD state election officer Prabhat Tripathy in this regard issued poll notification for 32 organisational districts.
Announcing names of the returning officers for all 32 districts, Tripathy said the poll process will be over by January 28, 2013 with the announcement of party president.
