Bhubaneswar: We are halfway through February but the scorching heat across the State has already started giving the feel of May. The temperature soared to 39.2 degrees Celsius in Bhubaneswar, making it the hottest city in India on Friday.

As many as 13 places in the State recorded temperature above 35 degrees Celsius. Malkangiri remained the hottest district in Odisha with 39.2 degrees Celsius followed by Cuttack with 37.2 degrees Celsius.
