Man, son killed; relative critically injured in road accident in Pipili

Puri: Two persons were killed while one was critically injured after their motorcycle rammed into the rear of a truck rear in Pidhapatna Chhak on Patnaikia-Delanga Road near Pipili town of Puri district.

As per reports, one Pabana Behera aged 55 years, his 35-year-old son Dhadia Behera and Dhadia's brother-in-law were returning to their home in Delanga Station Bazaar on a motorcycle last night, when their bike rammed into a stationary truck on Patnaikia-Delanga Road.

The truck carrying chips has reportedly been parked on the roadside since past 2-3 days.

Pabana Behera and his son died on the spot while Dhadia's brother-in-law sustained critical injuries in the mishap.

The injured has been admitted to the hospital for treatment.
