Bhubaneswar: Kanha, the five-year-old boy from Ganjam district suffering from a rare skin syndrome underwent  his first recuperative surgery at the MKCG Medical College and Hospital today.

A team of 12 doctors including the Head of the Department (HOD) of Plastic Surgery, Superintendent and Dean of the MKCG conducted the preliminary laser and skin grafting surgery to cure the boy who has been facing excess hair and flesh growth on his body-  a disorder called the ‘Werewolf Syndrome’.
