Bhubaneswar: It is a dream come true for Ankur Majumdar. The first year Plus II student of Nabarangpur would get a passport to visit Japan to participate in the Sakura Exchange Programme from April 17 to 23.

Though getting a passport is no big deal, Ankur is excited after the Regional Passport Office accepted his application for a passport without having to wait for months as most people have to do.
