The decision came after a steering committee meeting with various representatives of important organisations here.
The high court lawyers are boycotting the courts for about a month now protesting against the state governments recommendation for setting up high court benches in southern and western Odisha.
"It has been unanimously resolved by the steering committee in presence of various organisations of the city that stern steps would be initiated in the event the state government plays with the image of the Honorable High Court," Bar Association Secretary Janmejaya Katakia said.
