02:00 AM: Here's the latest update on Cyclone Titli from India Meteorological Department
01:30 AM: Cyclone Titli is 120 km away from Gopalpur. It is moving at a speed of 11 km/hr & will reach Gopalpur between 5:30-11:30 am today. Heavy rainfall is expected. Maximum speed will be 150 km/hr, says Umashankar Das, India Meteorological Department.

- 13 NDRF and 9 ODRAF teams have been deployed in Ganjam, Gajapati, Puri, Kendrapara, Nayagarh, Bhadrak, Jagatsinghpur, Jajpur, Khurda, Cuttack, Balasore, Mayurbhanj, Kalahandi, Boudh and Sambalpur districts.
