Bhubaneswar: The scene of a woman thrashing another lady in public view at Biju Patnaik International Airport has become the talk of the town here on Friday.
A woman who is reportedly a journalist today got hold of another lady who she claimed having an affair with her husband and thrashed her in public.
According to the woman, her husband was into an illicit affair with another lady for long. It was only after her marriage that she came to know about his affair in 2010.

“My husband had sought time to end his relationship with the lady after the matter came to my notice. However, both of them continued with their affair,” said the complainant.
The woman further stated that she had also requested the lady to stay away from her husband and had lodged a complaint at several forums.
Bhubaneswar DCP Satyabrat Bhoi said that appropriate action will be taken only after the victim registers a FIR or if they want reconciliation the case will be transferred to Madhyam.
