Bhubaneswar: The Congress today launched a scathing attack on the State Government alleging partiality on the part of the State Government in implementation of the recently-launched Khusi scheme to provide sanitary napkins ‘free of cost’ to girl students across the State.

In response to Health Minister Pratap Jena's statement in the State Assembly mentioning that the scheme will benefit girl students from Class-VI to Class-XII of only Government-aided schools, Congress MLA Bhujabal Majhi questioned that if the State Government would make arrangements to provide sanitary napkins to girls studying in both aided and non-aided schools.
