Bhubaneswar: Two minor brothers drowned in a pond at Kakarudrapur Jenasahi under Balianta police limits on the city outskirts today.
According to sources, the siblings, aged 10 and 12, had gone to the water body to take a bath. However, the younger brother slipped into the water and drowned. The 12-year-old went in to save his brother but met the same fate.
Getting information, fire brigade officials reached the spot and fished out the dead bodies.
