Bhubaneswar/Cuttack: The diktat issued by the authorities of a women’s hostel at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT-Delhi) asking students to wear ‘full covered decent clothes’ to house day to be observed the premier institute on April 20,  has sparked off widespread resentment in parts of the country.

Several girl students in the twin cities of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar have vehemently spoken against such circular issued by the IIT- Delhi and termed it as a deliberate attempt to curtail women’s’ right and a clear instance of gender discrimination.
