Suicide whiff in Ravenshaw student's death

Cuttack: In a shocking incident, the body of a Ravenshaw University student was found hanging in a mess in Jobra area here this afternoon.

The deceased has been identified as Somnath Palauri, a student of Information Technology and Management (ITM) of the varsity.

According to reports, the police have seized a letter from the body of the deceased which suggests it could be a case of suicide.

Family members, however, claimed that it is a pre-planned murder and demanded strong action against the culprits.
