Bhubaneswar: Heavy rains are predicted across coastal and south Odisha today under the influence of a cyclonic storm over North Bay of Bengal.
The Bhubaneswar regional weather office further forecast that the cyclonic storm is likely to develop into a low pressure over east-west parts of the sea in the next 48 hours.
