Orissa HC judge Justice BP Ray passes away

Cuttack: Justice Bhabani Prasad Ray, a judge in the Orissa High Court,passed away here on Thursday. He was 61.

Justice Ray was first appointed to the Orissa HC judge in 2007. But, he was transferred to the Kerala High Court in 2010. He was again posted as a Judge at the Orissa High Court in 2014.

Justice Ray was born at Biridi in Jagatsinghpur in 1955.

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik expressed his condolence over the sad demise of Ray.
