Bhubaneswar: The mother of a Bhubaneswar-based vet-cum-businessman who was kidnapped in Jharkhand on August 23 sought the intervention of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik to get her son back.
Prior to meeting the CM, the woman, talking to OTV, said, "I request the government to bring back my son, I will meet the Chief Minister and urge him to take urgent action on it."
She added that Jharkhand police had information about the abduction at around 10 pm on August 23. The police had also confirmed about finding the car of her son and said it to be a case of abduction.
Later in the day, she went to Naveen Nivas to meet the Chief Minister but in absence of the latter submitted her complaint to an official.
