Bhubaneswar: Promising full support for any bold decision for people centric programmes, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today asked the Collectors to follow 3Ts formula of governance, which will lead to another 'T' (Transformation) in people’s life.
“Take bold decisions. Any bold decision taken for people centric governance will have my full support. The whole purpose of this continuous exercise is that three Ts of Transparency, Teamwork and Technology must lead to the fourth ‘T’ that is transformation in the lives of people," Patnaik said while addressing the concluding day of three-day Collectors' workshop here.
The CM further said he will review the progress made and changes brought about in the identified sectors in three months.
The portal which was launched by the CM on the inaugural day of the conference, received around 200 suggestions on various aspects in last two days. These suggestions will be given emphasis, Patnaik added.
Highlighting his government's achievements in implementing central schemes, the CM said Odisha registered 60% success in the country in construction of pucca houses under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The rural housing scheme performed well in the State during 2016-17 financial year, he pointed out.
He awarded three districts-Sambalpur,Sundergarh and Mayurbhanj- for performing well in pucca house construction. Similarly, Rayagada, Malkangiri and Ganjam districts were felicitated for over all performance in schemes implementation during the last financial year.
