Mishap at crusher unit, 2 labourers dead

Berhampur: Two labourers were killed in a mishap at a crusher unit at Gurunthi village of Berhampur Sadar Tehsil here on Friday. The deceased have been identified as Kalia and Babu of Palasi village.

Both Kalia and Babu are siblings and were working at the crusher unit for a long time.

According to reports, the two labourers were killed when a wall inside the unit collapsed after getting hit by a tractor that was reversing inside the complex.

Following the tragedy, senior police officials including Sadar SDPO and reached the spot and have started an investigation into the incident.
