Kamakhyanagar/Jagatsinghpur: After MIL, English, Mathematics and Science subjects, question paper of Social Science of Matriculation examination went viral on social media in Kamakhyanagar and Jagatsinghpur on the last day of the exam.
As per reports, photographs of Social Science question paper were circulated on WhatsApp within one hour of the commencement of the exam.
Barring Sanskrit, questions papers of all the subjects got circulated on social media while the exams were underway.
Though the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) has imposed restrictions on use of mobile phones at exam centres, the question papers going viral on social media has raised questions about the efficacy of the system.
The Crime Branch is conducting a probe into the matter on the basis of a complaint lodged by officials of the BSE after photographs of first paper MIL-Odia were circulated on social media barely an hour after the start of the examination.
A total of 6,08,031 candidates appeared for the annual examination at 2,818 centres across the State.
