Rayagada: Nearly a week after suspected Maoists attacked Doikalu railway station in the district and left behind posters protesting the proposed visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the state, the left wing extremists today once again issued fresh warnings to the people, especially tribals of Rayagada and neighbouring districts, through posters to oppose the same.

Two such hand written materials in the name of Odisha State Committee of CPI (Maoist) were found stuck on a tree at Sikarpai here in Rayagada district. One of the posters read "Oppose Modi's visit to Odisha on April 14,15 and his Land Acquisition Act". It also appealed to the people to oust Vedanta and save Niyamgiri hills.
