Bhawanipatna: The Maoists allegedly put posters at several places near Sirliguda here in Kalahandi district demanding unconditional release of their jailed cadres.
They also demanded to accord political prisoner status to the rebels in jail and provide them all facilities.
Urging people to observe September 13 as 'Mukti Diwas' of political prisoners, they asked the government through the posters to fast track the trial against their leaders and refrain from implicating them in false cases.
