Bhubaneswar: In a quite eventful visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Odisha for BJP’s two-day National Executive Meet here, another eye catching incident caught everyone’s attention in which a young woman put the police and security officials on their toes for a while when she was trying to meet the PM.
As per sources, the unidentified lady, reportedly from Balasore tried to break the security barrier and meet the prime minister. But due to presence of security officials, she could not enter the makeshift meeting area of the party leaders.
Aggrieved over the police protest, the woman created a mess and also engaged in an altercation with the police officials.
Anticipating any untoward incident, lady police officials took the lady into custody.
Earlier, in a similar incident, a woman had handed over a letter to Prime Minister Modi during his road show on Saturday which the PM accepted.
