Kanhaiya Kumar to address AISF annual event in city

Bhubaneswar: Former president of the JNU Students Union Kanhaiya Kumar will visit the State here today to address the Ajaadi Samavesh to be held here to mark the completion of 80 years of the All India Student Federation (AISF).

The Commissionerate Police have made tight security arrangements for his visit. However, some anti-socials have vandalised the meeting place before the programme. The police have detained more over five persons in this connection.

On the other hand, the AISF condemned the unpleasant incident.
