While registration for Plus II admissions began today across the state, some college authorities had allegedly denied to accept the forms of applicants who did not submit the income certificates.

The head of e-admission department for the junior colleges in Odisha Mihir Das today clarified submission of income certificate is not mandatory for students to be part of the admission process.
