Bhubaneswar: Alleging unholy nexus between the Naveen Patnaik-led Biju Janata Dal (BJD) government and mining companies, the State unit of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today said the party will seek the help of court to ensure recovery of 100% penalty from errant companies.

Speaking at a press meet here at the party headquarters, general secretary of BJP Bhrugu Baxipatra said even though the Supreme Court (SC) had found the mining companies in the State being involved in illegal extraction of huge quantities of iron ore and manganese ore and called for the recovery of 100 per cent penalty, BJD is trying to bypass the order.
