Bhubaneswar: The Odisha governor on Wednesday appointed three officers-on-special duty (OSDs) as vice chancellors (VCs) of three universities.
A Raj Bhawan communiqué said Sudhansu Shekhar Rath has been appointed the VC of Gangadhar Meher University while Padmaja Mishra has been appointed as VC of Ramadevi Women’s University.
Besides, Manmath Padhi has been appointed as the VC of Khallikote Cluster University, the communiqué said.
