Four killed as car falls off bridge on Hati River

Junagarh: At least four persons were killed and one injured when a car they were travelling in fell off a bridge over Hati river in wee hours today.

The deceased were identified as Ganesh Mahalik, Bablu Mahalik, Arun Sahu and Rabi Pradhan.

On the other hand, the critically injured, Abhi Kata, who was driving the ill-fated vehicle bearing registration number OD 08 B-5153, was rushed to the Junagarh hospital and later shifted to Bhawanipatna hospital.

The mishap occurred when the five persons, who were friends and aged between 20 and 23, were returning home after having dinner at a roadside dhaba.
