FICCI to partner Make in Odisha Conclave

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Industries Minister Ananta Das today confirmed that Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) will be partnering the Make-in-Odisha conclave to be held in November this year.

While confirming the development, the Industries Minister also said that a team of representatives will visit three countries on July 1st to meet investors for the conclave.

"After a meeting, it was decided that FICCI will be our partner in Make-in-Odisha initiative. A team of representatives will be visiting Italy, Germany and Saudi Arabia to meet investors ahead of the conclave," said Das.

Earlier this year, controversy erupted over Confederation of Indian Industry’s (CII) withdrawal from the Make in Odisha conclave.
