Bhubaneswar: On the final evening of Xpressions-2017, the annual event of Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar (XIMB) on Sunday, Bollywood actor, director and singer Farhan Akhtar mesmerized the crowd with some of his melodious songs.
Farhan started the show with his popular number 'Sinbad-The Sailor' and continued to rock the floor with other hit songs like 'Socha Hai' and 'Main aisa kyun hoon'. The crowd, mostly students danced to his tunes at the centre field of XIMB.
"I am a big fan of Farhan Akhtar and I am delighted that Farhan is on our campus. His songs are amazing and we are enjoying a lot," said Akshay, a student of XIMB.
This apart, other events including 'RJ Hunt' and 'Thirkan' were organised on the final day of the mega event. Students from various educational institutions of the country participated in these events.
"It was beautiful and colourful. We had fun in organising the events for the last three days. Everyone on the campus got busy. It is one such week in the entire year when we practically implement what we learn in the classrooms," said another student Binod.
The three-day extravaganza started on Friday morning. Students from all over India participated in various business and cultural events organised by the committees of Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar.
