Puri: In a heart rending incident, a boy was swept away in a river here while trying to save his Board certificates on Monday.
The tragic incident occurred when the victim Ratnakar Sahu of Baseli Sahi in Puri district was on his way to Gopa College along with one of his friends on bike to submit the admission form for Plus 3 course.
