As per reports, Mangala Lohar had to go from one funeral ground to another carrying the dead body of his elder brother Dharambir Lohar on a trolley as staff of all cremation grounds that he went to allegedly denied him to conduct the last rites.

“Due to lack of money, I was barred by the staff of cremation grounds to perform last rites of my elder brother,” Mangala said.
