Dharmagarh: Vigilance sleuths today conducted simultaneous raids on the office and residence of Nihar Nayak, Assistant Agriculture Officer of Golamunda in Kalahandi district, on charges of amassing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
Two separate teams led by Bhawanipatna Vigilance DSP Satyaban Mahananda conducted the raids on Nayak’s office in Golamunda and his residence in Dharmagarh.
The team comprises vigilance inspectors Sibaram Sahu, Narendra Behera, Ashok Kumar Birua and other staff.
As per latest reports, the raid is underway.
